Members of the Poznań Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences in the prestigious World’s Top 2% Scientists ranking
Another list of the top 2% most cited scientists in the world has been published – the Stanford/Elsevier Top 2% Scientists List 2024. The Stanford Elsevier Top Scientists List of the world’s best scientists for 2024 is out now! This list, compiled by Stanford University and Elsevier, shows the top 2% of scientists from all over the world.
The list includes scientists who make up the top 2% of scientists whose publications were most frequently cited by other researchers. In this year’s edition, out of 42 members of the Poznań Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences, 13 scientists (31%) with the highest number of citations in 2024 and 17 scientists (40%) with the highest number of citations throughout their scientific careers were included.
