107th Session of the General Assembly of the Polish Academy of Sciences Branch

On 11 June, the 107th Session of the General Assembly of the Poznań Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences was held.

The first, open part of the session was devoted to the winners and honourable mentions of the 13th edition of the competition for the best original creative work by a doctoral student published in the previous year. After receiving their diplomas, the winners of the competition had the opportunity to present the assumptions and conclusions of their work in short, 5-minute presentations.

This was followed by the second part of the session, during which the President of the Branch, Prof. Jerzy Kaczorowski, presented a report on the Branch’s activities in the first half of the year and outlined the plan of activities for the second half of the year.
