On 10 April, a lecture entitled ‘3D printing – a passport to technological innovation’ was held. Our speaker was Dr Piotr Kuryło, a member of the Surface Engineering Committee and professor at the University of Zielona Góra. During the lecture, the professor presented the possibilities offered by the use of 3D printing in medicine, aviation, military industry, and construction.
